At House Third Rock, many of our pieces are made to order. This approach allows us to work intentionally, avoid excess inventory, and create each piece with care. Made-to-order jewelry is crafted specifically for you and may take up to eight weeks to complete. We take this time seriously and do our best to deliver your piece as efficiently as possible, without compromising quality or our standards.

Shipping
We offer complimentary domestic shipping via USPS Ground. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your piece is on its way.
For those who need their order sooner, overnight and two-day shipping options are available for an additional fee. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and include the original packaging and receipt.

To initiate a return, please email Support@HouseThirdRock.com. We will provide a prepaid, insured FedEx return label. Once your return is received and reviewed, we will issue a full refund or offer store credit, depending on your preference.
Please note that custom pieces and sized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another piece, please follow the return process outlined above. Once the original item is approved, we will ship your exchange at no additional cost. If the new item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded.
All exchanges are subject to availability, and returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
